    Recipe Introduction


    Try substituting fried pork rinds for the melba toast rounds, or if you
    wish, serve the melba rounds for non-Sugarbusters, and use woven-style whole
    wheat biscuits for Sugarbusters.


    List of Ingredients




    1-1/2 pounds freshly ground sirloin
    2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
    1 large onion, chopped
    2 Tablespoons spicy brown mustard
    1 (3 ounce) jar capers, drained
    2 Tablespoons Italian dressing
    Salt and pepper, to taste (about 1/2 teaspoon of each to start)
    1 to 2 (6 ounce) boxes Melba rounds, Triscuits (or woven wheat crackers)
    Sour cream, to taste
    Brown mustard with seeds, to taste

    Recipe



    Trim beef very well before grinding. Grind beef twice, add Worcestershire,
    onion, mustard, capers, Italian dressing, salt, and pepper, and grind again.
    Mold together and shape into a long mound. Place mound on a bed of lettuce,
    parsley or lemon balm. Serve on crackers with a dollop of sour cream and a
    dollop of seeded brown mustard on top. Cover with plastic wrap and
    refrigerate if any time of standing or being set-aside is needed. Serves
    about 8 people. (24 servings overall)
