24 cherry tomatoes
1 pound bacon, crisp-cooked, crumbled
1/2 cup chopped green onions
1/4 cup sour cream
4 oz cream cheese softened
Recipe
Cut the top of each tomato opposite the stem end. Scoop out the inside to
form a shell. Drain upside down on paper
towels. Cream together the cream cheese and the sour cream. Combine the
bacon and green onions Add the cream cheese mixture and stir well. Spoon
inside the tomato shells. Chill until ready to serve.
