Black Pepper steak w/ Hollindaise Sauce

4 thin steaks
1/2 cup black pepper
2 TB. garlic powder
Sauce:
2 egg yolks
1 T. Lemon juice
1/2 cup butter Melted
Recipe
Coat each piece of steak with garlic/ pepper mixture. Broil on each
side for five minutes. Do not overcook and dry meat out. When steak
is just about done add egg yolk and lemon juice to blender and blend
slightly. Heat margarine until bubbly but not brown. Slowly pour
butter into egg mixture while blending on low speed. Blend just until
thickened. Serve sauce over steak. It takes out some of the
spicyness.
