Marinated Brisket

2-3 pounds beef brisket
Adolphs unseasoned meat tenderizer
4 buds Garlic, peeled and crushed
1/4 teaspoon celery salt
1/4 teaspoon seasoned salt
1 Tablespoon liquid smoke
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
Recipe
Sprinkle meat with tenderizer and salts. In a gallon
size ziplock bag, combine garlic, liquid smoke and
Worcestershire sauce, then add meat. Marinate in
refrigerator for 24 hours. Bake in covered casserole (in
marinade) at 225 degrees for 5 to 6 hours.
The low temperature cooking is the key to tenderness. A
crockpot may give the same results.
