List of Ingredients
2 lbs ground beef
1 cup half and half
1 cup ground flax seed
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 egg, beaten
1 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon black pepper
5 buds fresh garlic, crush to remove skins then minced
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1/2 teaspoon celery salt
1/2 teaspoon ground thyme
about 3 Tablespoons sugar free catsup Recipe
In a large bowl, combine beef, milk, ground flax, onion,
egg, Worcestershire
sauce, pepper, garlic, mustard, celery salt and thyme. Mix
well.
Pat mixture into a 9 x 5 x 3 inch loaf pan. Bake at 350°F 1
to 1 ½ hours, until no pink remains. Spread catsup over top
of loaf. Remove from oven and let stand 5 minutes. Remove
from pan, place on platter to serve.
Yield: 8 servings
