ROAST BEEF AND BROCCOLI

List of Ingredients
--About a pound of fresh broccoli, cut bite size
--1/2 cup water
--Teaspoon olive oil
--Teaspoon Splenda
--1/2 teaspoon soy sauce
--1/2 teaspoon crushed garlic
--1/2 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
--Pinch salt
--Two cups of roast beef, cut into butter-pattie-sized bites
Recipe
Put all of the above ingredients except the beef in a skillet. Cover, bring
to a simmer and cook broccoli to taste (around 10 minutes or so). Add the
beef, stir, and bring to a simmer again. Serve with a smile ;-)
Again, the flavorings listed above are optional and to taste. The
soy sauce should not overwhelm the other flavors, so go easy; you can always
add more to taste. Don't forget that the roast beef brings quite a bit of
flavor with it (when prepared as above).
Serves 4-6.
