1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. olive oil
1 tbsp. brown mustard
salt and pepper to taste
1 lb beef sirloin steak
1 tbsp. water
Recipe
Mix the lemon juice, olive oil, mustard, salt and pepper in a glass bowl
big enough for the steak to lie flat in. Add the steakand then turn it
over so that it is coated with the marinade. Turn occasionally. When
you are ready to cook, remove the steak from the dish and place on the
rack of a brolier/griller pan. Broil about 4-6 inches from the heat for
about 10 minutes or until done, turning once.
