Taco Meatballs

List of Ingredients
1 1/2 lb ground beef
1 Tablespoon of chili powder
1 teaspoon turmeric
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1 green onion, finely diced
1 Tablespoon dried onion flakes
2 eggs
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/3 pound block sharp cheddar cheese, cut into small cubes
Recipe
Preheat oven to 425°F.
Beat eggs and mix all ingredients except the cheese
together. Mold a
Tablespoon of meat around a cube of cheese to form a small
meatball. Repeat with all meat. Place on a cookie sheet that
has an edge, (line with foil) and sprayed with non-stick
spray, lower oven heat and bake at 400°F for 7 - 10 minutes
or until meat is done and cheese has melted. Skewer with
toothpicks and serve with sour cream that has been very
lightly salted and/or guacamole.
Serves 10-15 as appetizers.
