Teriyaki Finger Steaks

2lbs Sirlion steaks, trimmed no bone
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup vinegar
2 pkg. splenda
2 tsp onion powder
1 tsp olive oil
1 tsp powdered garlic
1 dash pepper
Recipe
Trim fat from steak and slice lengthwise into 1/2 inch strips. Place in
large glass bowl. Combine all remaining ingredients and pour over meat
and toss gently. Cover and refrigerate for 2-3 hours. Drain, discard
marinade. Loosely threat meat strips onto skewers. Grill over
med-hot coals, turning often for 7-10 minutes or until meat reaches
desired doneness.
