"Gimme Two" Hamburger

Organic grass fed beef
1 tsp cayenne
1/4 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp garlic powder (or minced fresh garlic)
1 Tbs minced onion
Pinch of salt
Fresh ground black pepper
Empty beef into bowl and season. Fold and mix in well with
hand. Form into patties and grill to desired doneness.
Serve on wholegrain buns with generous and healthy slices
of garden tomatoes, Romaine lettuce, and fresh onion.
