Banana Cream Pie Smoothie

1/4 of a 6-7" Banana, frozen (6 carbs)
1/2 cup Full Fat (Cream style, or Greek style) unsweetened Yogurt (2 carbs)
1/2 cup Low Carb Milk (2 carbs)
1 Tablespoon sugar free banana pudding mix
Dash of Vanilla
1-2 Scoops of Vanilla Protein Powder of Choice
Recipe
Put ingredients in blender, blend until smooth, add crushed ice and blend to give it a frozen smoothie consistency. Top with unsweetened whipped cream, or sweeten with a dab of Slim Sweet or Stevia and whip your own.
