    Blueberry Lemonade

    Southern Living-7/98
    1/3 cup fresh lemon juice -- (about 4 small)
    2 cups water
    2 cups fresh or frozen blueberries -- thawed
    1/2 cup sugar (Splenda, stevia, rapadura, sucunat)
    lemon slices -- garnish


    Process first 4 ingred. in a blender until smooth, stopping to scrape down sides. Pour through a wire-mesh strainer into a pitcher, discarding solids. Serve over ice, and garnish, if desired. Makes 5 cups
