List of Ingredients
2 c. half n half
1 c. heavy cream
1/4 c. splenda
1 t. vanilla extract
1/4 t. salt
6 eggs
1 c. water

1. In a sauce pan, combine half n half and cream. Heat over low heat until very warm, but not boiling.
2. Whisk in splenda, vanilla, salt and eggs. Turn burner to lowest heat and stir constantly until thick enough to coat a metal spoon with a thin film. May take 5-20 min. to do this.
3. Stir in the water and chill. Sprinkle a little nutmeg on each serving.
about 6 servings of 1 c., each with 5 g. of carbs, trace fiber, and 9 g. protein
