    2 cups heavy cream
    1 cup water,
    2 tablespoons Dutch cocoa powder
    9 packets or 3 tablespoons of Splenda (more or less to taste).

    Put everything into your saucepan over low heat and stir until you can't
    see anymore lumps. Turn the heat as low as possible and simmer (this
    gets all the powder to melt otherwise you'll have globs on the bottom.

    Add a dollop of orange extract, pour into mugs and top with whipped
    cream, orange peel (I used Penzey's minced orange peel), and a dash of
    nutmeg.

    Serves 2 in large mugs.

    Variations - vanilla and cinnamon, or any Davinci syrup with some
    instant coffee powder.
