    List of Ingredients




    1/4 cup crushed pineapple (juice pack) (10 carbs)
    1 Tsp of Coconut Flavoring
    1/2 cup Crushed Ice
    1/2 cup Canned, full fat Coconut Milk (3 carbs)
    1/2 tsp Slim Sweet or Stevia
    1-2 Scoops Vanilla Protein Powder of Choice

    Recipe




    Combine in your blender and blend for 2 minutes on high. Pour into a fancy chilled glass, garnish with paper umbrella. Enjoy!
