    List of Ingredients




    1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
    2 lemons
    6 packets Splenda
    crushed ice

    Recipe



    In a quart jar, combine blueberries, juice of two lemons, Splenda,
    about a cup of crushed ice, and add enough water to cover ice. Blend
    till nearly smooth with hand blender. Fill jar with cold water to
    nearly full. Give it one more whirl, just enough to blend. Pour
    over ice in 16-oz glasses and serve with a straw. Total Carbs: 23.5
    Divided by 3: 7.8 So refreshingly delicious... a real summertime
    treat! You could make this with any berry, but the taste combination
    of blueberries and lemon was surprisingly wonderful. Six packets of
    Splenda was just right... not too sweet, but enough to take the edge
    off the lemons. Obviously, this is not for Induction level, and even
    for some on OWL, a little high depending on your ccl... but if you
    can afford the carbs, this recipe is packed with vitamins!
