    3 eggs

    1/4 cup melted butter

    2/3 cup water

    1/3 cup cream

    1 Tablespoon white vinegar

    1 teaspoon vanilla extract

    16 splenda packets or 1/2 cup bulk style Splenda

    1 cup vanilla protein powder

    1/4 cup high gluten flour

    2 teaspoons baking powder

    5 Tablespoons cocoa powder

    4 oz pkg of cream cheese - divided into 12 pieces


    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 380° f. Line a 12-cup muffin tin with
    cupcake liners.
    Beat eggs, butter, water, cream, vinegar, vanilla, and
    splenda. Mix in dry ingredients. Place a spoonful in each
    muffin cup, place a piece of cream cheese in cup, fill with
    remaining batter. Place pan in oven, lower oven heat, and
    cook at 350° f for 18 - 20 minutes. Makes 12
