    You may assemble ahead, cover, and keep refrigerated for 8
    to
    12 hours before baking.

    List of Ingredients





    1 pound ground sausage
    6 eggs
    4 cups milk
    1 teaspoon dry mustard
    Salt and pepper to taste
    2 cups grated Cheddar cheese
    1 cup grated Swiss cheese

    Recipe



    Brown the sausage in a skillet, stirring until crumbly;
    drain. Beat the eggs in a mixing bowl. Stir in the milk,
    dry mustard, salt and pepper. Add the sausage,
    Cheddar cheese and Swiss cheese and mix well. Pour into
    casserole. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes.

    SERVES: 12


    Don't be afraid to experiment with this one - the recipe
    works just as well with ham or bacon substituted for the
    sausage, and your favorite cheese can be substituted for
    either of the above.
