Burger Breakfast Scramble

(2 servings)
1/2 pound ground beef
2 tablespoons onion -- minced fine
3 ounces cream cheese
3 large eggs
1 tablespoon water
salt and pepper to taste
Brown ground beef in skillet with onions. Add cream cheese and cook over low heat until melted. Beat eggs with water, salt and pepper and pour into skillet with beef and cheese. Scramble to desired doneness.
This is a low carb recipe for anybody on the Atkins' diet. For the rest of you, just eat it because it rules!
