Flax Pancakes

1/4 cup flax-seed meal
1/4 cup oat flour
2 eggs
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 packets Splenda
2 Tablespoons cream or half and falf
Mix all ingredients until smooth. Cook on an oiled griddle over moderate
heat until bubbles form and burst, flip carefully and cook until done.
Serve with butter and sugar free pancake syrup.
