½ cup vanilla protein powder
½ cup cottage cheese
¼ cup heavy cream
¼ cup water
1 teaspoon baking powder (optional)
1/8 teaspoon cinnamon (or chocolate extract for chocolate)
2 packets sugar substitute
3 eggs
Recipe
Mix all in a blender to form a batter and fry pancake in butter.
VARIATIONS
. Roll up with peanut butter
. Serve with melted butter and cinnamon sprinkles
. Serve with no carb syrup or maple butter recipe
Serve with sliced strawberries or fruits your low carb plan allows. ¼ cup
mixed berries heated until hot in a microwave makes a hot, liquid syrup.
They're great cold too, as little breads for ham sandwiches. The sweet
cakes taste great with the salty meat.
