    2 lbs cream cheese at room temperature
    1 1/3 cups Splenda
    4 large eggs at room temperature
    1 tbs heavy cream
    1 tsp vanilla
    Butter

    Recipe





    Preheat oven to 350. Butter a 9" cake pan and set aside for now. Beat cream cheese until
    smooth, add the eggs and Splenda and beat well. Add the remaining ingredients and stir to combine until completely mixed. Spread the mixture evenly into the buttered cake pan and smooth. Bake for
    approx 45 mins, checking to see if the edges are getting lightly browned. Remove from oven, let cool to room temperature, then place in the refrigerator overnight. Serves 12 Approx 4 grams of carbs per serving
