Going through my recipes, here's a yummy one that I saved thinking it would be good to substitute kefir leban for the cream cheese and kefir for the milk. What do you think?
1 pint strawberries
3 tablespoons blackcurrent jelly
8 oz cream cheese
3 tablespoons milk
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons sugar
I imagine you just stir everything together, place strawbs in individual glasses and then pour the mix on top and let it set in the fridge for a while....
