Chocolate Cheesecake Heaven

Crust:
1 1/2 cup ground almonds (My blender worked beautifully to grind the almonds)
1 tbs. Splenda or Stevia...any heat stabilized sweetener
6 tbs. melted butter
Mix ingredients well and press into the bottom of a 9" springform pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
Filling:
3 8oz cream cheeses, softened to room temp
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 cup Splenda or Stevia...any heat stabilized sweetener
3 eggs
1 oz unsweetened chocolate, melted
Beat cheese, vanilla and sweetener until smooth. Add eggs, one at a time and beat well after each addition. Reserve 1 cup batter and add the melted chocolate, mix well. Alternate spoonfuls of the chocolate batter and plain batter over the crust. When filled, run a knife through to swirl the chocolate throughout. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes; reduce temperature to 250 degrees and bake for an additional 30 minutes. Turn oven off and leave in, without opening the door, for 30 minutes. Remove cake and chill completely before removing sides of pan. This will serve 12 with about 5-6 carbs per serving or 8 with about 8 carbs per serving.
