1 small pkg sugar free jell-o (any flavor, I use strawberry)
2 8-oz pkgs of cream cheese
1 tsp vanilla
6 packets of artificial sweetener
1/2 cup boiling water
1/2 cup cold water
Recipe
Soften cream cheese in mixing bowl (I nuke it for 2 min in microwave) blend in vanilla and sweetener. In a separate bowl stir jello and 1/2 cup boiling water until dissolved. Then slowly blend jello miniature into cream cheese with whisk. Follow with the 1/2 cup cold water, blending thoroughly.. Refrigerate 1 hour in a round cake pan until firm. .Cut into 6 slices and serve.
