No-Bake Vanilla Cheesecake

2 Cups Half & Half
1 envelope Gelatin Powder
4 Packages Cream Cheese -- softened
1 1/2 Cups Splenda Liquid
2 Teaspoons vanilla
1/2 Teaspoon salt
1 Package Sugar Free Pudding Mix -- Vanilla
1 Cup Pecan Meal
16 Packets Splenda - Packets
1 Stick Butter
Recipe
Mix nut meal and Splenda. Melt butter. Mix butter into nut meal
mixture.
Press mixture into bottom of pie pan.
In glass cup, sprinkle gelatin over cold water; let stand for 2
minutes.
Microwave on high until hot; stir thoroughly, then let stand until
dissolved.
Add cream cheese cubes and stir until softened. Blend well with
mixer.
And Sweetener, half & half, vanilla, salt, and pudding mix. Pour into pan.
Chill about 2 hours or until firm.
