Rhubarb Pie

3 eggs beaten
1/2 cup whipping cream
3 tablespoons melted butter
1 cup pourable Splenda
1/3 cup flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
3/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1 Teaspoon cinnamon
Mix together wet ingredients and in a separate bowl, mix the dry ingredients. Add wet ones and mix together until similar to thin pancake mix. Pour into a sprayed pie plate.
Mix together:
4 cups prepared rhubarb
1/2 cup pourable Splenda
1 1/4 cups applesauce or cooked apples from a jar
Pour onto batter mix, Dab top with more butter
Bake 425 for 10 min. lower heat, bake at
350 until done.
