Splenda Pumpkin Pie

measures and pours like sugar.
List of Ingredients
1 prepared pie crust
1 (15-oz.) can pumpkin puree (not pumpkin pie filling)
3/4 cup Splenda (granular)
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1-1/2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
1/8 teaspoon salt
2 cups half-and-half
4 eggs
topping:
1 cup heavy cream
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Recipe
Preheat oven to 400-degrees F. Prepare a glass pie dish by spraying it with
non-stick spray. Blend pumpkin puree, Splenda Granular, spices, and salt in
medium bowl. Mix until all ingredients are well blended. Add remaining
ingredients and mix well.
Pour into prepared pie crust. Lower heat to 375 and bake in preheated oven
for 35 to 40 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean
(not coated with milk) and the crust is golden brown. Cool. Whip cream and
add vanilla, sweeten with 2 packets Splenda. Top each serving of pie with
whipped cream. Makes one 9-inch pie.
Homemade Pumpkin Pie Spice:
Mix together: 1 Tablespoon cinnamon, 1 Tablespoon ground ginger, 1 teaspoon
allspice, and 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg. Makes 3 Tablespoons.
