Beef Casseroles Low Carb

List of Ingredients
1 pound ground beef -- (1 to 1 1/2 lbs) not leanest
1/2 cup water -- or stock
1 tomato
1 cup sliced zucchini -- cauliflower, broccoli, peppers (your preference)
grated parmesan cheese -- to taste
Recipe
Brown beef in chunks on medium heat, add water and top with everything else.
Simmer until all the water has boiled away. Stir together. Put in fringe and
reheat in small portions next day as hunger hits. I like to nuke and top
with more grated cheese. Ideas: add chili powder, paprika, basil, parsley as
simmering to spice things up. Serve with small salad to make a full meal.
