    40 ounces green beans, canned -- drained
    2 cups grated cheddar cheese
    2 tablespoons butter
    3 tablespoons Carbsense Zero-Carb Baking Mix
    1 teaspoon salt
    1/4 teaspoon ground pepper -- or to taste
    1 teaspoon Splenda granular
    1 cup sour cream
    1 tablespoon butter
    1/2 cup crushed pork rinds

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 350. Prepare a 2-3 quart casserole or a 13x9 glass
    baking dish with spray oil or butter.

    Melt 2 tablespoons butter in a large fry pan. Stir in bake mix until
    smooth and cook one minute.

    Add salt, Splenda, seasonings, and sour cream, stirring. Do not boil.

    Add green beans and stir. Place mixture into prepared dish and spread
    cheese over the top.

    Toss crushed pork rinds with 1 tablespoon melted butter and sprinkle
    over the cheese.

    Bake 30 minutes or until crust is golden and bubbly.
