Creamy Beef and Broccoli Casserole
List of Ingredients
1 ½ lbs lean ground beef
2 cloves garlic, minced
Salt and pepper to taste
½ Tsp each Basil, Thyme, Marjoram and Oregano
¼ Cup green onions, chopped
1 Portabella mushroom, chopped in large pieces
½ Cup Heavy whipping cream
8 oz Cream cheese
¼ Cup water
1 pkg Low Carb Grocery Mushroom soup mixed with 3 ½ oz water
1 Cup Sour cream
1 lb Broccoli florets, steamed
2 Cups Cheddar cheese, shredded
Recipe
Preheat oven to 350*
Brown beef and garlic. Drain if necessary. Add remaining spices and simmer. Melt the cream cheese in the cream and water over low heat, stirring often. Remove from heat and add the mushroom sauce then the sour cream. Stir the cream mixture into the beef. Then add the broccoli, mushrooms and onions. Mix well. Pour into 7x11 pan and top with the cheddar cheese. Bake for 30 minutes
