    List of Ingredients




    1/2 cup butter
    1/2 pound mushrooms, sliced
    2 cups chicken, cooked -- diced
    1 bunch green onions, chopped
    3 eggs
    1 teaspoon salt
    1 1/2 cups heavy cream
    1 cup Swiss cheese, grated
    non-stick spray

    Recipe



    Spray mini-muffin cups with non-stick spray.
    Saute mushrooms in butter. Add chicken and green onions.
    Saute five
    minutes. Spoon 1 heaping teaspoon full of chicken/green
    onion mixture into
    each mini-muffin cup.

    Blend eggs, salt and cream together. Pour into mini-muffin
    cups, filling
    them half full. Sprinkle cheese over top of egg mixture.
    Bake 35 to 45
    minutes at 350 degrees.
