    List of Ingredients




    2 zucchini
    4 yellow squash
    2 small white onions
    1/2 cup tomato -- diced
    3 tablespoons grated cheese
    1/2 teaspoon basil
    1/2 teaspoon thyme
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/2 cup slivered almonds

    Recipe



    Slice vegetables and place in oblong 2-quart casserole.

    Mix all other ingredients (except almonds) and toss lightly.

    Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes

    Lightly sprinkle almonds on top before serving.
