List of Ingredients




5 eggs
2 cups grated Monterey Jack cheese
1/2 cup half and half
2 Tablespoons dry onion
2 Tablespoons chopped cilantro
2 Tablespoons diced green chilies
2 Tablespoons diced red bell pepper
1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Garnish with salsa, sour cream and chopped olives

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Spray 2 (4-inch) pie pans with
non-stick spray

In a medium bowl, mix eggs, cheese, half and half, dry
onion, chilies, red pepper, cilantro, garlic salt, and
pepper.

Fill each pan with 1/2 of the egg mixture. Bake 30-40
minutes until inserted knife comes out clean. Serve with
salsa, sour cream and chopped olives. SERVES: 2
