    6 Sweet Potatoes

    1 stick Butter

    Cinnamon to taste

    Maple syrup to taste (optional)

    Chopped Walnuts

    Recipe



    Bake sweet potatoes about 1 hour in 350 oven or until done. Cool. Remove pulp and cinnamon and all but about 1 tbsp butter.

    Mash and mix thoroughly. Use remaining 1 tbsp Butter to butter a 8” square pan. Put Potato mixture in pan, smooth out top. If using Maple syrup drizzle desired amount over potato mixture. Top with walnuts. Return to 350 oven for about 30-40 mins until heated through.
