Taco Casserole

List of Ingredients
2 pounds ground beef
1 cup onion--chopped
1/2 cup green chili peppers, sliced-2 cans (4 oz each) green
chilies
1 cup red bell pepper, chopped--about 2 peppers
6 teaspoons taco seasoning mix
8 cups bottled picante sauce--I like Ortega
2 cups cheddar cheese--shredded
Recipe
Brown ground beef, onions, chilies and peppers. Drain grease
and add taco
seasoning. Let simmer for 5 minutes. Add picante sauce and
mix well; pour mixture into casserole dish and sprinkle with
cheese. Cook at 350 degrees until heated through and cheese
is melted.
