Chocolate Meringues

List of Ingredients
4 egg whites
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/8 teaspoon cream of tartar
12 packets Splenda
1 Tablespoon cocoa (unsweetened)
Recipe
preheat oven to 225°f
Mix the artificial sweetener with the cocoa and set it
aside.
In a metal bowl, beat together 4 egg whites, vanilla, and
cream of tartar
until it forms stiff peaks. Add sweetener/cocoa mixture
and fold together until blended. Drop by tablespoonful onto
a cookie sheet covered with waxed paper.
Bake for 1 hour at 225 degrees. If crisper meringues are
desired, turn off the oven after 1 hour and let the
meringues sit another 30 minutes before removing.
