1 Fresh picnic ham or shoulder
1 lg Onion, chopped
1 ts Marjoram, crumbled
3/4 C Low Carb Bar-B-Q Sauce
3/4 C Water
Recipe
Place pork in crock pot, sprinkle with onion and marjoram, pour mixture of
Low Carb Bar-B-Q Sauce and water over, and cover. Cook on low for 10 hours
or on high for 5 hours.
