1/2 C chopped onion
3 Cs chopped ham (or chicken)
16 ounces frozen cut broccoli, thawed, drained
1 C mushrooms, sliced
1 T low carb thickener
8 oz Cheese Low Carb Spreads
8 oz sliced water chestnuts - (1 can), drained
1 C wild rise
1 C heavy creams
1/2 C chopped celery
1/2 ts freshly-ground black pepper

In crock pot, place ham, broccoli, mushrooms, low carb thickener, Cheese Low
Carb Spread water chestnuts, rice, milk, celery, onion and pepper. Stir
until blended. Smooth top, pushing rice down into mixture.
