    3 1/2 pounds chicken
    1/3 cup Peanut Butter, Sugar free
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. orange juice
    1/4 tsp. pepper

    Recipe




    Combine all ingredients in 3-4 quart crockpot; mix well. Cover and cook on

    for 6-8 hours or until chicken is tender and thoroughly cooked.
