    Crockpot cranberry chicken

    Serves 6-8

    3-4 lb chicken pieces
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp pepper
    1/2 cup diced celery
    1/2 cup diced onion
    2 cups leftover cranberry sauce
    1 cup NT-friendly barbecue sauce

    Combine all ingredients in a ziplock and freeze. Thaw completely and place
    in slow cooker. Cover. Bake on high for 4 hours or on low for 6-8 hours.
