5 Cs diced Zucchini
2 Cs coarsely ground cooked ham
1 C finely chopped onion
1 C finely chopped celery
1/2 C finely chopped green pepper
1 egg
3 Ts butter, melted
1/2 C Keto Crumbs
Salt and pepper
1 C grated cheese
Recipe
Cook Zucchini in 1 inch of boiling water for about 15 minutes or until
tender, drain and mash. Add remaining ingredients except cheese. Pour into
slightly greased Crock-Pot. Cover and cook on High setting for 2 to 4 hours
(on low setting for 4 to 8 hours). Before serving, sprinkle with grated
cheese.
