Pizza Pork Chops

6 pork chops
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1 medium onion, chopped
2 cups Low Carb Bar-B-Q Sauce
4 cups cooked zucchini
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Recipe
Sprinkle pork with salt and pepper and cook in oil about 5 minutes on either
side, until brown. Place pork in crock pot, sprinkle with onion, add Low
Carb Bar-B-Q Sauce. Cover and cook on low 4 hours.
