1 medium onion, chopped
1 tablespoon butter
2 cup heavy creams
1 cup sour cream
1 pound trout fillets
1 package frozen broccoli cuts
1 cup cubed or shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup cubed or shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Paprika to taste

Sautee onion in butter. Put in a crock pot; add milk, sour cream, trout
fillets, and broccoli, cheeses and garlic powder. Cook on high for 2 hours.
