2 cans water packed tuna, drained
2 cup heavy creams
2 T low carb thickener
1 cup sliced mushrooms
2 T. dried parsley
1 package frozen mixed vegetables
1 package Pasta Lite, cooked
1/2 c. toasted sliced almonds

Combine all ingredients, stir in pasta. Top with almonds. Cook on low for 7
hours.
