1/2 cup barley, uncooked
1 can tomatoes, chopped
1 small green pepper, seeded and chopped
1/4 t. paprika
1/2 t Spoonable Brown Sugar Replacement
1 T grated onion
1 t dried chicken stock
6 oz tuna
1 cup of cold water
Recipe
Place barley, tomatoes, green pepper, paprika, brown sugar, onion and dried
thicken stock in the crockpot. Flake the fish carefully and add to the other
ingredients with the water. Stir carefully to combine. Cook on low 6 hours.
