Chocolate/Cherry Jell-o Treat

1 sm. box gelatin powder, unsweetened -- Cherry or Raspberry
flavor
1 cup boiling water
4 oz. cream cheese -- Softened, Cubed
1 oz. unsweetened chocolate -- Melted
3/4 cup cold water
1/2 cup heavy cream
2 packets Splenda - packets
Dissolve jell-o in boiling water. Stir in cream cheese. Add melted
chocolate. Pour into blender and blend well. Add cold water and
cream and
mix in blender for at least two minutes. I pour mine into the
Gladware 1/2
cup containers with lids - refrigerate until firm.
