2 pounds fresh or frozen cranberries
4 cups President's Choice Cider Apple Burst sparkling water, divided
(available at Walmart)
3/4 cup Splenda
1 teaspoon grated orange rind
Recipe
Wash the cranberries, then combine with 2 cups of the Apple Cider Burst
sparkling water in a large pot. Cook on medium high until the cranberries
pop, about 8 minutes. Put the cranberry/sparkling water mixture through a
food mill to remove the cranberry skins.
Add the remaining ingredients to the sieved cranberry mixture and chill. Put
the chilled mixture into an electric or hand cranked ice cream maker.
Read the directions on your ice cream maker, or hand crank until the mixture
freezes. Serve frozen mixture in champagne glasses.
