List of Ingredients
3 egg yolks
2 eggs
1 1/2 cups heavy cream
1 cup water
8 packets Splenda packet
1 tablespoon vanilla
Recipe
Heat oven to 350º. Place a roasting pan on center rack in oven and fill
almost halfway with boiling water.
In a blender, combine yolks, eggs, cream, water, Splenda, vanilla. Process
until very smooth. Pour through a sieve into a shallow 1 qt. baking dish.
Carefully place disk in roasting pan (water should come halfway up sides).
Bake 30-35 minutes until a knife inserted in center comes out clean. Transfer to
a wire rack; cool to room temperature.
Spray a piece of plastic wrap with cooking spray; lay directly over flan.
Chill 3 hours in refrigerator before serving.
