    Modified from a recipe furnished by Tupperware
    many years ago.

    List of Ingredients




    1 cup heavy whipping cream
    1 cup water
    1 small package sugar free instant pudding

    Recipe



    Combine all ingredients, pour into popsicle molds and freeze
    overnight.

    This recipe also works with sugar free jello to make fruit
    flavored ice cream pops or use jello and all water to make
    pop-scicles.
